Our commitment

We work to improve the accessibility of the Tobi tool and website for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current state based on what we verified in code and tests.

Accessibility features in the tool

The following items were verified in the site and app source code:

• Document language and text direction are set in HTML (Hebrew right-to-left; this English statement page is left-to-right).
• Many interactive controls show a visible focus ring for keyboard navigation (focus-visible).
• Icon-only buttons, dialogs, and menus use aria-label / aria-labelledby where applicable.
• Status updates and errors use role="status", role="alert", or aria-live where relevant.
• Legal information pages use semantic landmarks (header, main, nav, footer, article).
• Form fields are associated with labels (label / htmlFor) and error descriptions (aria-describedby / aria-invalid) in the forms we inspected.
• The Tobi logo includes alternative text (alt); decorative icons are marked aria-hidden.
• Larger touch targets (for example min-h-11) on primary buttons and links.

Known limitations

Per an automated accessibility audit (axe-core) of public pages (2026-10-17), these are the known limitations. Full detail is in docs/accessibility-audit-2026-10-17.md:

• Cookie-banner contrast was fixed (Privacy Policy link ≥ 4.5:1); the re-audit found no color-contrast violations on public pages.
• axe reported no label/name violations on the public pages scanned — signed-in surfaces were not included.
• The /pricing route does not exist on this branch yet (redirects home); full bilingual marketing coverage is still partial.
• Signed-in app screens (/chat, billing, profile) were not scanned in this audit.
